Bristol Zoo March 2009 - 8.5 x 11 (Double)

This is a double 8.5" x 11" I completed at the crop last Saturday. I really enjoyed working on this size LO and felt pleased to have included 9 photos. I had got into the habit of working with one large photo but feel that to get through all the photos I have accumulated that working with as many photos as possible on a page is the way to progress for me.

What's Up Doc? 12 x 12

12" x 12" of Charlie aged 8 months gnawing on carrots. They really helped him when he was teething and he'd gnaw for ages, dribbling madly all the while. I love the first photo where he is studying the carrot so intently.

This is the LO that took me absolutely ages to get the title right. I must have cut half a dozen titles and tried various journalling spots but nothing seemed to look just right. I am pleased with the end result but even that is a double set of letters. I'd gone for the orange first of all in the Sunset font, sticking it down permanently with a Zig pen. Luckily by adding black lettering in the same font and slightly offsetting it to create a shadow, seemed to make it pop a bit. Phew!
